The Hotel Les Ottomans offers you a unique training environment in a traditional Ottoman mansion located on the shores of the Bosphorus Strait.

The primary benefit is restoring the integrity of the spine by strengthening and balancing the muscles of the core. Additional gains from this work are icreased lung capacity, improved circulation, greater range of motion and stability in the joints.


Please make your cancelations no later than 3 hours in advance of your session. For cancellation you may call the Pilates studio of your instructor.
If cancellation is not made in time, you will be charged the full amount of the session or one full session will be deducted from your package.


As per the waiver, you must let us know about your pertinent health conditions or anything you think may affect your workout with us.
All the Pilates equipment has its safety concerns, especially is used improperly. Please do not use equipment without your instructor present.

Please be aware that the parking lot where your vehicles are kept does not belong to Hotel Les Ottomans, and has to be paid for each time it's used.
